All items in our store are made to order, just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check your order details before checking out.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, we’ve got you covered. We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
To request a replacement or refund:

We’ll review your request and let you know if it’s approved. Approved claims are typically resolved within 7–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Because everything is custom-printed, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Most refunds are completed within 10 business days, but your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the funds.
